Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our reservations team. A valid form of identification is required at check-in for all guests.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the natural environment of the resort. Pubali Batashe Resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate this policy.

4. Facility Use

• Pool, gym, and sports facilities are used at the guest's own risk
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in shared facilities
• Outside food and beverages may be restricted in certain venues

5. Liability

Pubali Batashe Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where required by law.

6. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
